Course Information

This course is temporarily being offered as both a classroom or virtual, one-day course. Please check the schedule for which offering you are attending. It is designed to improve materials management efficiency and effectiveness in your supply chain by leveraging the power of the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE). Now in its 6th generation, with several areas of improved, highly relevant content, Global MMOG/LE is the universal global standard for supply chain management processes that reduces risks, costs, errors, inventory, waste, and overall workload for suppliers and customers - all while increasing customer satisfaction, improving supplier performance and mitigating demand fluctuations.

This workshop is considered a level 2 workshop, for those who have already taken the original MMOG/LE training course and looking for a more in-depth knowledge of all F3 Criteria, importance of gathering custome specifics for MMOG/LE submissions, how to develop a good work instruction, and how to determine if you are compliant, non-compliant, or non-applicable.

This course covers:

  • How to review evidence
  • The layout of an MMOG/LE Chapter
  • How to evaluate MMOG/LE F3 Criteria
  • The importance of gathering customer specifics for MMOG/LE submissions
  • How to develop a good work instruction
  • How to gather evidence to match F3 criteria
  • How to determine if you are compliant/non-compliant/non applicable

This course is designed for all levels of an organization who want to better understand MMOG/LE and benefit from its proper implementation. MMOG/LE focuses on the supply chain management function, thus attendance by supply chain personnel is strongly recommended. Leadership and staff functions (corporate and plant) from manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, IT, and quality are encouraged to attend.
