USMCA Content Reporting - 1 Day

CEU Credit: 0.75
The USMCA went into force on July 1, 2020, and replaced NAFTA as the trilateral free trade agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Significant changes to rules of origin affecting the automotive industry were implemented, including increases in regional value content (RVC) requirements, the introduction of a new labor value content (LVC) requirement and establishment of new auto part categories and requirements. As industry adjusts to the new requirements, many vehicle producers and suppliers are working together to gather information to support calculations, increase qualifying content, and become audit-ready.
