German DD Act: Legal Requirements

The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act goes into effect in 2023. The Act applies to a broad range of human rights risks and environmental risks that can lead to human rights violations. The Act imposes a duty of care for managing and addressing human rights and environmental risks that extends to the entire supply chain.
