Reserve a room for your next group session.
As part of our commitment to bringing the industry’s brightest minds together to collaborate and solve problems, AIAG makes spaces within our headquarters in the heart of Southfield, Michigan, available for your meetings and workshops.
Rooms may be reserved Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time (Eastern U.S. time zone), including setup and cleanup.
Capacity and Configurations
Our rooms accommodate a range of group sizes, up to 100 people. Depending on room and group size and your preference, these spaces may be configured in theater, u-shape, pods, or classrooms style.
Accommodations
All room reservations include use of the café throughout the rental period with free coffee, tea, and soda.
Audio visual packages (i.e., projectors, screens, and microphones) are also available for a fee and vary by room.
