IMDS Conference Planning Work Group

Shape the preeminent International Material Data System (IMDS) event.

This group of OEMs, suppliers, and service providers provide industry insight to define content shared at our annual IMDS Conference.

Focus Areas


  • Analyzing survey feedback from the previous year’s conference to assess key discussion points, identify potential speakers, and address other event needs.
  • Developing the agenda by prioritizing subjects based on current and upcoming IMDS, legislative, and industry updates, and selecting a unifying conference theme.
  • Identifying relevant industry experts for each topic, engaging them as speakers, and coordinating their involvement in the event.
