Understanding IATF 16949:2016

In this 2-day training, develop a complete appreciation for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, including the process approach, and an understanding of how it is necessary and valuable to your overall business management system. This course is designed to provide new implementation team members and representatives from key functional groups involved in the organization’s QMS with the necessary knowledge to support their organization in achieving compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training

This 3-day course is designed for new internal auditors and experienced internal auditors who need to perform internal quality audits to IATF 16949:2016. Participants will complete an in-depth review of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and the tools to effectively prepare and conduct internal audits.

Through individual participation and group exercises, participants will apply and audit the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 through case study activities that focus on industry-recognized auditing techniques. A final examination is included at the end of the course.

This is a Live Virtual course, which requires the participant to use a device capable of streaming content through a video conferencing platform. The participant agrees to keep their camera active at all times during the training.

AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training - Retake Exam

This is the retake exam for the IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training. The exam participant must have previously attended the AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training and received a certificate of attendance only. This is a Live Virtual proctored exam, which requires the participant to use a device capable of streaming content through a video conferencing platform. AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor Training with AIAG Supplier Auditor Certification

IATF 16949:2016 places an increased emphasis on first and second-party auditor qualification, and this exclusive 5-day training program is the highest level of auditor training available to automotive suppliers. The course is designed to prepare first and second-party auditors to meet the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and customer requirements of FCA, Ford Motor Co., and General Motors Co. This is the only IATF 16949:2016 training that combines the AIAG Supplier Auditor Certification with the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training. A final examination is included at the end of the course.

In accordance with internal and supplier auditor competency requirements defined in IATF 16949 Section 7.2.3 and 7.2.4, participants are encouraged to complete the AIAG Core Tools Self-Assessment (CTSA) to assess proficiency in the core tools, prior to attending auditor training.
